Equipment Pickup or On Site Cleaning in Case of Emergency

1. Equipment is inventoried, packed out and delivered by the Itech Electronics
    Restoration team back to the service centre

2. Equipment is immediately stabilized upon arrival at Itech Electronics
    Restoration to ensure no further damage occurs and that units can be
    safely tested

3. Functional testing including full diagnostic check prior to cleaning

4. Equipment is disassembled as required, cleaned in our
    Aqueous Cleaning System, dried in the drying chamber and reassembled

5. Equipment goes through a complete post-clean testing and packaged, ready for
    return delivery to the customer

1. If equipment is deemed to be non-recoverable due to damages or claim related
    cosmetic damage then the replacement cost will be provided.

2. Itech Electronics Restoration performs repairs or delivers to an authorized
    repair facility

3. Equipment is properly disposed of if it cannot be cost effectively repaired
